After many years of interest and experience as a buyer and seller in the real estate world, I am happy to be joining the Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies professionally. Over the past fifteen years, I have been fortunate to assist my husband in our residential and commercial masonry company, as well as renovating and selling personal investment properties which has helped me learn some of the different aspects of real estate value and availability.  I truly enjoy and appreciate the variable aspects of real estate, what it can offer and it's potential.

When I'm not focused on matching my clients with the perfect property, I am spending time at my slice-of-heaven home in Kewadin with my hard-working husband and two active sons. Born and raised in Traverse City, Michigan and an Elk Rapids resident for 10 years, I look forward to helping you find your next home here in beautiful Northern Michigan.
